氣動(dòng)法蘭球閥的閥座多選用聚四氟乙烯、對(duì)位聚苯等高分子聚合材料，密封性能好，但材料相對(duì)較軟。由于進(jìn)口氣動(dòng)法蘭球閥2.jpg材料較軟，但又要達(dá)到一定的密封比壓，勢(shì)必增加啟閉扭矩，為了盡量改善此種情況，RETZ采用雙斜面彈性密封圈或V形槽彈性密封圈結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，利用管道內(nèi)壓力推動(dòng)球體，幫助密封。當(dāng)介質(zhì)壓力較小時(shí)，密封圈與球體接觸面積較小，故有較大的密封比壓，確保可靠密封。介質(zhì)壓力較大時(shí)，密封圈與球體接觸面積增大。故密封圈能承受較大的介質(zhì)推力而不會(huì)損壞。對(duì)于工作壓力很低的球閥，考慮到介質(zhì)壓力不能確保閥座可靠密封，而預(yù)緊力長(zhǎng)期使用后又會(huì)衰減，故對(duì)于低壓、超低壓或真空工況用球閥，采用彈簧加載的閥座密封結(jié)構(gòu)，能確保球閥長(zhǎng)期可靠的密封 retz品牌 (Floating type, fixed type) The valve seat of pneumatic flange ball valve is mostly made of polymer materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, counterpoint polystyrene, which has good sealing performance, but the material is relatively soft.
