單防增稠劑TexTrit?HTV是一種不活潑的黏彈性高分子聚合物，遇水成漿后穩(wěn)定性高，不易沉降，使用方便。該水性增稠劑可廣泛應用多種領域，在紡織行業(yè)中，其適用于紡織涂料印花色漿、單親單防漿、“遇水現(xiàn)花” 漿等體系，可選用平網、圓網、輥筒及臺板印花等工藝進行上漿。

二、使用方法

增稠劑TexTrit?HTV添加量：對全量添加0.1 -1.0%

1.取適量本品與需要增稠的物料混合。

2.加入常溫水攪拌均勻，增稠一般需要10-90分鐘。

3.增稠期間保持攪拌，防止因攪拌不均勻而結塊。

產品性能

1.溶解性能：溶于水及其他含水的溶劑體系（例如一定比例的乙醇/水、丙醇/水體系等），溶解度基本不受體系pH影響。該單防增稠劑的水溶液透明度高，性能穩(wěn)定，具有表面活性。

2. 單防增稠劑的結構影響其粘度、溶解度、凝膠溫度，溶解度隨粘度的降低而增大。單防增稠劑中甲氧基的含量減少，會使凝膠點升高，水溶解度降低，表面活性下降。

3.單防增稠劑不僅具有增稠性能，還具有保水性、成膜性。

注意事項

攪拌一定要均勻，防止結塊。

貯 存

常溫密封保存，穩(wěn)定期儲存36個月。開包使用后應確保容器密閉。室內存放，避免高溫、嚴寒。
