在熱塑性和熱固性塑料中作為潤滑劑在模塑拋光、注塑成型過程中，具有良好的內(nèi)外潤滑性、脫模性和光潔度，在壓延、擠出和中空成型等加工過程中能加速熔融，降低熔融粘度，節(jié)省加工能耗，增加制品韌性，延長模具使用壽命，賦予制品良好的外觀，主要用于聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、ABS樹脂，也可用于酚醛和氨基塑料，并可作為脫模劑、抗粘劑、抗靜電劑和表面處理劑用于塑料和橡膠工業(yè)中。此外，還可作為塑料色母產(chǎn)品中的顏料分散劑，金屬拉絲時(shí)的潤滑劑和防蝕劑，電氣元件的灌封材料，造紙工業(yè)的消泡劑和紙張涂層成份等。塑料加工過程中常用量為0.5～2.0份。
本品為優(yōu)良的塑料加工助劑，幾乎適用于所有熱固性和熱塑性塑料。廣泛應(yīng)用于PVC、PP、ABS高抗沖聚乙烯、聚烯烴、橡膠、色母粒、涂料、化纖、塑料制品的成型加工中。用作潤滑劑、脫膜劑、爽滑開口劑和顏料、填料分散劑。
