一：鋼筋專用除銹劑：
鋼筋除銹劑JD-800是由表面活性劑、滲透劑、緩蝕劑、清洗助劑等研發(fā)配方及生產(chǎn)工藝生產(chǎn)，專業(yè)用于鋼筋、管材表面除銹。能快速除去鋼筋及鋼管制品表面因潮濕，雨水侵蝕產(chǎn)生的黃色銹跡及較重氧化皮、殘留的油污，清洗后還原鋼筋原色，穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)，耐腐蝕性能明顯提高，延長鋼筋，鋼管的使用壽命，增加與混凝土的結(jié)合度。短期內(nèi)有阻銹功能。
二：鋼筋除銹劑使用方法：
將原液裝入噴壺或噴霧器中噴在需除銹表面潤濕20-30分鐘（注意：鋼筋表面銹蝕輕為浮銹時(shí)，可以將原液作適當(dāng)稀釋調(diào)整使用，不會(huì)影響除銹效果；鋼筋相互重疊緊密,當(dāng)溶液中鐵離子過多時(shí),除銹效果會(huì)下降。工作時(shí)戴耐化學(xué)品手套,若不慎濺入眼睛，應(yīng)立即用清水沖洗干凈.對環(huán)境無任何影響，清洗后的廢水可直接排放）。
浸泡清洗法：將需鋼筋、管材浸沒在鋼筋除銹劑原液中，待銹跡及油污清洗干凈后取出物件，晾干即可進(jìn)行下一道工序。

六：鋼筋除銹劑包裝與貯存
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)桶包裝25kg；儲(chǔ)存于陰涼干燥處，保質(zhì)期兩年。
